Pic de Balandrau

Climb to the top of the nearest Refuge of  Coma de Vaca and one of the best views.

Climb to the top of the nearest shelter Coma de Vaca and one of the best views. Leaving the shelter Coma de Vaca to the southeast and cross the bridge the river Freser. Go back a few feet to our left and Freser we are a tributary of it. We head south-east of the tributary Freser few feet below the forks into two streams. This point coincides with a line indicator. We take the direction indicated by Tregurà poster and marked with yellow lines.

Dating back to the southeast for over half an hour the steep slopes of grass between the two streams but closer to the river to our right. We reach the top of the pass of the Three Peaks where there is a metal stand with a fire repeater. From this point follow the ridge south-west and 25 minutes to reach the summit of Balandrau. The descent we follow the same route in the first leg.
