From the refuge of Coma de Vaca do a great lap loop that connects the valleys of Freser Coma de Vaca and passing through the beautiful lakes Carançà. Leaving the shelter Coma de Vaca in south-east and cross the bridge the river Freser. Come back to the north valley Freser the river to our left (red and white stripes or yellow). After an hour we found in our left a rain gauge. We pass through an area full of puddles of water and 5 min. then cross the river Freser leaving it to the right.

Follow defeat ground and reach a milling path (GR 11). Let's head west and two and a half hours after we left the shelter of the hut tirapits. It is a small building of 5 people rounded and equipped with a radio equipment for emergencies. Always following the GR-11 Tirapits go back to the pass. We reach the ridge that borders France and the follow up to the Carançà hill. If we spend long absentmindedly, find a lot of crosses to reach the pass of Nou Creus. In this case, turn 180 degrees and walk 5 minutes to return to Carançà hill.

If you have time, go down 15 minutes north-east to reach the first Carançà lakes, known as Blue Lake. Back of the pass and Carançà down south to the steep slope of scree to the top of the Coma de Vaca. This valley is marked with red dots and the road is poorly drawn. Come down to the river to our right and found the river Freser get back to the shelter Coma de Vaca.
